The team at Yes Computers have helped me out of a mess after my Microsoft account was hacked and I was not able to use my Office Apps on my laptop.
Explained simply what could be done and patiently answered all my questions!
Ended up going for a replacement laptop, with software set up as I needed and the last personal tweaks done when I was shown the setup before I left the shop.
